We specialize in supplying industrial and automation equipment across Canada and the United States. The following outlines our shipping practices.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to:
- Canada
- United States
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
International shipping outside North America is not currently available.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, subject to product availability.
Orders are not processed on weekends or statutory holidays.
If we experience unusually high order volume or inventory delays, we will notify you promptly via email or telephone.
Shipping Methods
At checkout, customers may select one of the following:
- Ship on Your Courier Account
- Shipping Quoted Separately (Approval Required)
- Free Shipping (when applicable to qualifying products)
Shipping charges, when applicable, are displayed at checkout or confirmed via quote before shipment.
Buyer Courier Accounts
When shipping on the buyer’s courier account:
- Insurance is not included unless requested in writing.
- The buyer assumes responsibility for carrier claims.
- A valid courier account number must be provided at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
Transit times vary by carrier and destination.
Estimated delivery times are provided once shipment is processed.
Tracking details are emailed once the order ships. Tracking typically activates within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For shipments into the United States:
- A valid EIN (Employer Identification Number) is be required.
- Import duties, tariffs, and customs brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Streamline Process Management is not responsible for customs delays.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Retain all packaging materials.
- Notify the carrier immediately.
- Contact us for documentation support.
Claims for courier-account shipments must be filed by the buyer directly with the carrier
