Return and Cancellation Policy for ENDRESS+HAUSER Products
Under normal conditions, only equipment in new/restockable condition and in original packaging complete with installation manual, calibration certificate (if supplied) and mounting hardware (if supplied) may be returned for credit. The issue of credit is subject to inspection of the equipment by the Service department.
The following is a list of non-returnable items:
- Equipment that has been installed
- Instruments built to customer-specified length (i.e. capacitance probes, Liquiphants, Soliphants, Deltapilots, temperature probes etc.) or having other custom features
- Nuclear sources and source holders
- Consumable items such as pH electrode, electrolyte, buffer, etc. and wear and tear spare parts
- Items having a list price of less than $500.00
- Instruments older than one (1) year
- Third party manufactured products
- Software/licenses
- Customized documentation/drawings
All customers wishing to return equipment for credit must obtain a Return Authorization Number.
The customer is to return the equipment shipping costs prepaid. Returned products must be received by Streamline Process Management Inc. within 30 days, or credit amount may be subject to change.
Hazardous materials will be subject to additional disposal fees.

Pre-delivery cancellation 10%
0-30 days after original shipment 20%
31-90 days after original shipment 30%
91-364 days after original shipment 50%
365+ days after original shipment 100%
b) non-stock item
Pre-delivery, subject to factory cancellation fees
0-30 days after original shipment 50%
31-90 days after original shipment 75%
91-364 days after original shipment 90%
365+ days after original shipment 100%
Total credit issued will not exceed $50,000 per customer per year. Any exception to this policy must be approved by the General Manager. NOTE: This policy does not apply to situations where incorrect equipment was supplied due to Endress+Hauser’s error.
